Our conditioning programs cover cooling water, steam boiler, waste water and water reuse applications as auxiliary businesses in chemical industry facilities. In addition, if these facilities have a reverse osmosis system for water preparation or water recycling, we serve as a supplier of antislakants, biological cleaning chemicals, cartridge filters and membranes in the reverse osmosis system.
Steam boilers in the chemical industry are generally systems where the condensate return amount is more than 50% and direct steam usage is low. In medium and low pressure boilers, combined boiler internal conditioner containing sulphide and hardness retaining-dispersing chemicals and amine-based products that prevent acid corrosion caused by low pH in the condensate lines are used.
As a general feature of the chemical industry, system-generated pollutants generally appear in cooling water systems. It is important to use effective dispersants to prevent deposits that may cause problems in the system, as well as to use an effective corrosion inhibitor in cooling towers. A disinfection program against macro or microbiological contaminants should be supported with specially formulated biocides.
